As one ascends the stairs from the common approach, Villa C lies to the right. This is a two story, 4 bedroom residence with a built-up area of approximately 4300 square feet and comes with a private swimming pool. A high retaining wall to the rear of the property provides security to the villa and privacy to the pool area.

The front door opens onto a double height entrance foyer with a staircase which leads up to the first floor. To the right of the entrance foyer is the dining room.
