BUYING AND SELLING PRIME PROPERTIES

If you are interested in any of the properties listed here or online on our website www.saffronart.com,you may email or call Saffronart’s offices in Mumbai, Delhi, New York or London as listed below. Alternately, you may fill out the Arrange a Viewing online form – which is accessible when viewing the details of a property on our website.

For each property, Cushman & Wakefield will organize times for open house viewings and appointments starting one to two weeks after its publication in the print or online catalogue. Viewing times will be communicated to potential buyers who have contacted us as described above. After inspecting the properties, interested buyers are invited to submit their offers on the property. A formal response from the seller will be communicated to each buyer and, if the buyer agrees to the seller’s terms, he or she is provided with the documents of the property and asked to submit a final offer along with a deposit – the amount of which will vary depending on the seller. Please note that a particular seller may or may not be open to negotiation on the price quoted in the catalogue.

Saffronart and Cushman & Wakefield will charge the Buyer a fee of 2% of the sale price up to and including INR 5 crore, plus 1% of the sale price in excess of INR 5 crore, plus service tax on each transaction for all properties listed in this print catalogue and online on www.saffronart.com. However, no fee will be charged to the Buyer for the following property:
