This cone shaped vase has a dense overall pattern of exotic birds and foliage. The opulence of the piece is reminiscent of Victorian style of wallpapers and furnishings. The designer has reinterpreted the romance and colour of the Victorian style by amalgamating ornate pattern with contemporary form. The vase itself has a simple and clean profile which is contrasted by the intricate web work of foliage creates a dramatic effect.
