A PAIR OF 'PAIZEB' OR ANKLETS

Each of these flexible anklets, also known as 'sankali', is designed as several strands of octagonal silver beads strung on silver wire. These are joined by clasp ornamented with a cluster of round silver beads. Such clusters are known as 'chandi ke gajre ka guchcha' or a bunch of flower buds, and are found ornamenting almost all kinds of jewelry.
