Singh’s work mingles with the realms of both nature and fantasy. A recurrent theme in her work has been the anatomy of flowers. She uses delicate mediums, such as ink, watercolour and charcoal, on organic handmade paper to invent ethereal botanical forms resembling flowers. For her, the act of painting is a spiritual and meditative practice.

Singh’s works are featured in the collections of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, as well as the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art in New Delhi.

She currently lives and works in Mumbai.
