- - Executed by Souza at the age of only eighteen, this work demonstrates his early natural talent through its strong forms and composition. The title refers to the Goan monsoons of his birthplace, famous for the colourful blend of local customs and festivals that surround them. A group of brightly clothed women huddle together under their shawls, their heads turned towards the ominous grey clouds above them.
